Banners hosted 2023 Christmas Lunch at Mondrian Hotel / 16A Duxton Hill on 11 Dec 2023. We are honoured to have ERA’s C -Suites & staffs as our guests: Eugene Lim / KEO, Poh Chee Yong / CFO, Raymond Leong / CTO, Joy Koh / CMO, Nicholas Poa / Compliance Head, Deming / HR & Garett Lim / Trainer except CEO Marcus Chu & Dy CEO Doris Ong who were out of town.

We take this session to acknowledge Marge Christy’s selfless effort in training the new associates with a Certificate of Appreciation and to honour our 10-years association for four Banners’ associates, namely Esther Zhou, Julius Toh (absent with apology), Meilinda Soetedjo and Steven Wang.

After lunch was served, Brenda organised a 5 sec questionnaire fun game and a interesting gift-exchange game ‘White Elephant’. It was an awesome session with laughters and fun. Thanks to all who had make time to attend this Christmas Lunch.

Banners’ associates were honoured to be part of this experience. As leader, it had always been our culture to create this ‘link-bridge’ to lead Banners’ associates to get to know the high-end developer so that our guys can participate in the marketing of these landed properties. Our associates go directly to the developer without having to go through us to co-broke and they get their full renumeration if they bring buyers to view the property.

We organised a visit to some exciting projects in Sentosa on 9 Oct 2023. This visit includes a tour of Cape Royale, Capella and the stunning Bungalows owned by our associates’ clientele.

During our visit, we have the opportunity to experience the luxurious ambiance and breathtaking views that these projects have to offer. One of the highlights of our tour was riding on a buggy as we explore Capella apartments that were available for lease. It was indeed an exhilarating experience.

Banners Group continues with our Coronation Shopping Plaza roadshow for the 3rd terms as the date draw closer to the highly anticipated Watten House project launch, tentatively either on 28 Oct 2023 or 4 Nov 2023 according to the developer’s marketing team.

We applauded the dedicated efforts that Banners’ associates have put into setting up and managing the booth. May 2023 – Moving to ERA is a significant milestone in our real estate career – a new era for Banners’ Group of dedicated agents.

This transition took 23 calendar days from 21 Feb 2023. The experience we received from all the C-Suite management led by Marcus Chu, ERA’s CEO and the staffs was indeed an ‘ERA’ experience, it was a ‘Expedited Responsive Action’ in terms of support and facilitation for us to acclimatize into their vibrant, energy-buzzing and lively environment that connotes positivity and growth.

We must know a right and effective business ecosystem deliver a higher level of value collectively than a person can create individually to our clients in terms of speed, professionalism and accountability.

We are thankful for the support & success we have received in OrangeTee&Tie over the past few years. In the next chapter of Banners journey, we look forward to soar to greater heights being a part of ERA.
